Feedback – Influencers LIVE

Please use this form if you wish to anonymously inform us of social media influencers who you feel are not complying with enhanced guidance on influencer advertising and marketing that was introduced on 27 October 2023.

Your notification of potential non-compliance with the guidance will assist us in our reach out to influencers and brands. Our approach at this time is to ensure awareness of, and compliance with, the new guidance. We fully expect that once we have reached out, there will be compliance. If a situation arises that there is significant ongoing non-compliance, we have the option of carrying out a formal investigation.

If you would like to make an official complaint, please use our online complaint form which can be accessed here.
